PRICES
All prices on the Petra Ceramics website are quoted in EUR vat included. Croatian buyers can convert EUR to HRK at rate of 7,53450kn. Orders paying via PayPal will be processed in EUR.
Postage and handling charges are not included in the item pricing , these are calculated upon checkout.
We care to ensure that the price of product that you order is correct however it is possible that may be incorrectly priced. We will check prices before accepting your order and contact you if there is any inaccuracy.
We accept payments from costumers all over the world

PAYMENT METHODS ARE:
1.Paypal
Petra Ceramics accepts secure payment via PayPal. Credit card purchases are handled via the PayPal payment system to ensure safe and secure payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Please note – you are NOT required to have or create a PayPal account to pay with credit card. Petra Ceramics will not store your credit card details.
2.Direct Back Transfer
After the order is completed, you will get an example of payment details. This payment option is only available to Croatian citizens.
3.Cash On Delivery -you will pay ordered goods on delivery. If you were not at the address of delivery at the time, the deliverer will leave your receipt of the purchase, with this notice you need to go to the designated post office and pick up the shipment itself within the time specified in the notice.
This option is only available for those who have a delivery address in Croatia.
Orders are shipped after payment is correct and received in full.
