DELIVERY 

Our ceramics studio Petra Ceramics is based in Split, Croatia. We take great care to send our ceramics to you as safely and quickly as possible.

We ship orders to EU and worldwide using Mail Boxes Etc. Split

Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and will be calculated upon checkout. Postage for Croatia is 5 EUR. All orders over 53EUR and having Croatian addresses are free of charge. Orders going to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us for the arrangement.

Postage and handling charges for EU countries are additional to the retail price and will be calculated upon location and weight of the package at the checkout. When you place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on these two variables. Delivery time for EU is within 20 working days after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).

ADDRESSES OUTSIDE EU

The shipping price for non EU countries will be calculated upon request, contact us on petraceramicsst@gmail.com.

Delivery time for the countries outside EU is within 35 days after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded). International orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered.

In additional to shipping costs please be keep in mind when ordering that parcel will be taxed on entry to your country and you may be charged customs clearance/handling fees before you are eligible to receive your parcel. This is fee set by your country and is a separate cost from shipping fees we charge.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please enter your delivery address carefully and correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We can´t control any delays caused by customs. Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package.

MADE TO ORDER

All our ceramic products are made by hand, every piece is one of a kind and we have a large choice of colors and patterns available in our ceramic collections. It´s not always possible for us to have each available piece in stock. However, we can always make your favourite piece. If the item is sold out it will be notified on the web shop. You can email us and we will be happy to make your piece for you. Made to order generally takes around 4-6weeks + delivery.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY NEW POTTERY?

Your pottery is safe to put in the dishwasher, use bio tablets they are much delicate than the other and are not harsh for your pottery and environmental too. I recommend hand washing as it is much kinder to the glaze surface and will help the maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces.

WHAT ABOUT PLASTIC USE?

Sustainability and being kind to environmental is important to me. When sending delicate breakable items in the post I use eco-friendly and recycled/recyclable materials. Your pottery will be sent to you in recyclable cardboard box, wrapped in recyclable paper and will be packaged among biodegradable packing peanuts. I do not include an invoice slip in your package and instead your invoice will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
